Children Nutritious food: A must especially for children
It is important for a child to have nutritious food. If it is not taken care of then it might lead to several health problems.
Children should develop healthy food habits. Nurture them with the aptitude to build appropriate food choices. This is considered to be one of the finest legacies you can offer them. Parents are often not able to understand how to provide their children nutrition. This is because in a lot of cases the parents themselves are not aware about the right food preferences that can give their children nutrition.
It is seen that children nutrition is missing as they do not prefer eating food that is rich in vitamins and minerals. They do not understand that it is important to have children nutrition food in order to become healthy adults. Junk food is being eaten in huge quantity thus children nutrition is lacking.
Now it is not surprising to see why most children inculcate wrong eating habits and do not consume proper amount of nutrients that are needed for their physical and mental development. We require appropriate amount of minerals and vitamins; it is true that the human body can fabricate these on its own, but a lot of essential minerals and vitamins come from food and is good for children nutrition.
Vitamin D is required to keep the teeth and bones strong. Rickets, a disease that was once anticipated to be under control, is now on a rise. It causes soft, brittle and deformed bones. Vitamin D deficiency in a child would make him grow thinner and have a soft skull leading to improper growth of teeth. Also the ribs, wrists, ankles and knees might grow abnormally. This is all a result of lack of proper children nutrition.
All the bodily functions and developments depend on the children nutrition. These include red blood cell, vision, digestive systems, growth hormone production, and development of the immune and circulatory. All this would grow properly if you take care of children nutrition and feed them properly. If your child lacks nutrition then you must deal with it seriously in order to avoid any kind of serious problem.
